10-Minute: Baked Mussels

Golden, buttery and garlicky!

Ingredients

  • 12 open-shelled mussels

  • 1 cup of panko

  • 2 tbsp of butter / olive oil

  • 2 gloves of garlic (grated)

  • 1 tsp of Italian Seasoning

  • 1/8 tsp of salt

  • Dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean and dry the mussels.

  2. Melt butter and combine with panko, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

  3. Spoon onto the mussels and make sure it covers well.

  4. Bake at 400F for 8-10 minutes.
