10-Minute: Black Bean Garlic Chicken

Better and cheaper than takeout!

Ingredients

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound chicken thighs / breasts

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 2 slices of ginger

  • 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Chicken Sauce

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp of water

Instructions

1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces

2. Cook garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the chicken and cook until almost done.

3. Cook the vegetables

4. Combine sauce, chicken and veggie

Make a well in the middle and add the packet of Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce. Add the sugar and water, and cook until bubbling. Stir everything together.
