Ingredients:
8 oz of egg noodles
1 lb Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 cup reserved noodle cooking water
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prep: Mince garlic. Devine and season the shrimp.




2. Cook noodles until done. Save half a cup of the starchy water. Drain the noodles.


3. Melt butter and add garlic. Cook the shrimp until pink. Remove the shrimp and set aside.


4. Stir everything together
Melt the remaining butter on medium heat. Pour in the reserved water and simmer. Add the noodles and shrimp back into the pan. Toss everything together.
