Ingredients
1 lbs chicken breast / thighs
8-10 pieces of canned peaches
1/2 bell pepper of your choice
1 stalk of scallion
2 slices of ginger
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1/2 tbsp of Chinese wine
Marinade
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp corn starch
dash of pepper
1 tbsp of oil (add last)
Seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp corn starch
3 tbsp canned peach syrup
2 tbsp water
Instructions
1. Prep:
Cut ginger into slices, crush the garlic and chop the scallions.
Drain the peaches and reserve the syrup.
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and add marinade.
Pro Tip: add the oil the last.




2. Cook:
Add 2 tbsp of oil to heated pan, cook ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Add the chicken and cook until starting to turn color. Pour the wine and stir.
Pour in the peaches and bell pepper. Keep stirring until chicken is fully cooked.




3. Create the glaze: Add the seasoning and cook until it thickens.
