Ingredients:
1 quart of rice
2 eggs
2 slices of ginger (minced)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prep: Mince the ginger. Beat the eggs.




2. Cook ginger until fragrant. Then add the eggs to cook until half set.


3. Push it aside and add oil. Add the rice to the pan and spread them evenly. Add pepper and salt, and mix well.
