Ingredients
1 large eggplant (or 2 Chinese eggplants)
1 tsp minced ginger
1 clove minced garlic
1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
Instructions
Mince garlic and ginger. Mix oyster sauce, soy, fish sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic well together.
Steam eggplant for 10 minutes and drain.
Add the sauce to the eggplant and mix well. Optional: sprinkle of sesame seeds.
