Ingredients
1 small full chicken (approx. 2 lbs)
4 slices fresh ginger
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sake
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
4 tbsp light soy sauce
Instructions
1. Prep:
Slice ginger and pat dry the chicken.




2. Put everything together:
Put all the ingredients in a deep pan / wok.
Turn on medium-low heat and cook for 20 minutes.
Flip once after 20 minutes.
Save the sauce for dipping.
