10-Minute: Ube Dessert Soup

Quick and warm dessert - Perfect for winter!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 purple yams (Ube)

  • 2 slices of ginger

  • 1 stick of brown sugar

Instructions

1. Prep: Cut ginger into slices. Peel the ube and cut into bite size pieces.

2. Add ginger and ube to boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes in medium heat.

3. Add the brown sugar and cook for another 5 minutes.

4. Once the ube can be poked through then it's done!
